Sunday June 27 Supporting Direct Action Discussion

June 21, 2010

On Sunday June 27, there will be an event at the Dry River Infoshop in Tucson to address the need for support of those that take direct action. Since Arizona has increased it’s amount of racist legislation responses to it have been on the rise too. At this event next week we will take a stab at reflecting on some of those actions and as well as others.

Two of our main focuses will be the repression that followed the January Diné, O’odham, anarchist/anti-authoritarian Bloc action in Phoenix and the Tucson Border Patrol lock-down. Another area of focus will be the recent dream act action.
